Matthew Blaylock specializes in complex flow-through tax issues and structures spanning federal, state, and international jurisdictions. He delivers high-value client service through clear communication, timely execution, and strategic insight. Matthew takes a thoughtful, people-first approach to solving complex tax compliance issues and fostering effective team collaboration.

A licensed CPA, Matthew began his career at KPMG, where he advanced from intern to manager in the Business Tax Services group, serving clients across a variety of industries. Fluent in Spanish, Matthew also brings global perspective gained from a professional rotation in Munich, Germany.

He earned both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy in Taxation from Brigham Young University, graduating cum laude. In his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found chasing around his boys or playing pickleball with his wife.
