
Meet Senior Manager Loveve Williams, a recent addition to TaxOps’ SALTovation Team, who brings nearly 20 years of tax expertise to help businesses make sense of state and local tax.
At TaxOps, we’re expanding our team with exceptionally experienced tax professionals committed to our tax-only mission of delivering practical tax answers to businesses. One of our newest team members, Loveve Williams, hails from the private sector, where she oversaw tax operations for multiple entities, and brings with her a background in organizational planning and project management. She is dedicated to providing business leaders and owners with peace of mind by handling their tax issues, allowing them to focus on growth and innovation.
With nearly 20 years of tax experience, Loveve is serving as a Senior Tax Manager at TaxOps, where she leverages her expertise in tax compliance, risk management, and financial reporting to meet client needs. She recognizes the need to reduce complexity and educate leaders so that the path to sound decision-making is clear. Loveve prizes efficient solutions where tax issues can be closed in a timely manner while reducing risk and stress for clients of all sizes.
Loveve helps clients work through the complex tax landscapes of SALT to optimize savings and reduce risk. She uses a wide range of technical software and automation solutions, enabling her to adapt quickly to various accounting and financial systems. In addition, Loveve was a Denver City auditor early in her career and understands the business challenges of home rule taxes!
Prior to her current role, Loveve was the Tax Director at a private cybersecurity company, where she oversaw tax operations for multiple entities. During her tenure, she conducted a full scope risk analysis and successfully closed two longstanding audits, resulting in $1 million in tax savings. Her strategic approach to tax compliance and effective collaboration with legal teams and executive leadership made a lasting impact on the company’s financial stability and tax compliance profile.
Loveve holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Taxation from Colorado State University-Global Campus, where she graduated magna cum laude. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Johnson & Wales University, graduating cum laude. Her commitment to professional development is further evidenced by her pursuit of the CMI-SALT designation from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Loveve’s achievements have been recognized through multiple awards, including the Top Performer Award from Kärcher North America for several consecutive years, reflective of her dedication and impact in the field of tax management.
