Lindsay Haskell – Partner, Corporate Tax

Lindsay Haskell has more than 15 years of experience in both public and private accounting, with a focus on corporate income tax provision and compliance, as well as international and state and local tax. She serves as a primary point of contact for clients, leading workflows and managing relationships for dynamic companies worldwide. Lindsay is known for her energy, tenacity, and commitment to delivering practical, client-focused solutions. Clients value her technical expertise, hands-on attention to detail, and ability to provide clear, straightforward guidance.
Lindsay also advises on the tax implications of business strategy, including tax transfer pricing, foreign reporting, M&A due diligence, and entity restructuring–ensuring tax considerations align with broader business objectives. She regularly supports clients through audits and assists in building and enhancing corporate tax departments.
Prior to TaxOps, Lindsay’s worked in both public accounting and industry. At Ernst & Young, she focused on federal, international, and state and local tax compliance and provision engagements. She later joined Webroot Inc., where she played a key rold in cross-functional tax compliance and planning, including integration efforts following its acquisition by Caronite Inc. in 2019.
Lindsay is a licensed CPA in Colorado and holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University McCallum Graduate School of Business. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The College of St. Rose, where she was a two-year co-captain of the NCAA women’s soccer team. During her senior year, the team went undefeated in the regular season and won the Northeast-10 Conference Tournament championship.
