Claire Spencer serves as TaxOps’ Director of Operations planning for and monitoring the day-to-day running of the business. In this role, she manages the administration, communications, vendor relationships, IT and HR functions for the firm, giving TaxOps professionals more time to do their best work with clients. She also supports firm leadership by managing the implementation of business strategy and best practices across operational disciplines.
Claire comes to TaxOps with over 10 years’ experience in operations management, where she honed her focus on efficiency and resourcefulness. As a Life Coach, Claire is also passionate about creating positive environments that support staff, clients and owners at work. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
