Lauren\u2019s experience includes managing sophisticated public and multinational company issues around ASC-740, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions. She began her career with Ernst & Young before moving into private industry at software cybersecurity company Webroot, which has subsequently been acquired by Carbonite, a public company. Just prior to joining TaxOps, Lauren worked at a mid-tier accounting firm in Denver, assisting clients with provisions and compliance as well as working through M&A complexities.<\/p>\n
Lauren is a CPA licensed in Colorado and holds both a master\u2019s degree in accounting and tax and a bachelor\u2019s of business administration from Colorado State University. In her time off, you can find Lauren outdoors, with a camera, hiking, or snowboarding, attending sporting events of her favorite teams — Denver sports, Iowa Hawkeyes, and the Chicago Cubs and spending time with family, friends, and her dog Maple.<\/p>\n
