The Chamber notice includes a <a href=\"http:\/\/r20.rs6.net\/tn.jsp?f=001ZrpaEX3Bqz-S4DwQjXQD-bzDJGQwWPA3lRlNuw1Wrh0TXcilUYVXm_Kh15Dbj_l9BNXpRcqkHLRTIrm912OW8M40rfCBiasR4h83KLv3IoaK0SDqcAWzjIXJwrFdUf4s7ELPppEaQdClVk8iq4UaJUHD1a0_tNM1TAalA2qd_-AM1XwmWuWFsbiTKs4A59_YaV8TmVyJ_2zYa49d0TfQQOmXmGjAnYGUlrfFuURSnas=&amp;c=W-URDVHr0PwHOUYNNdAlyRPRrvU1xEGX_M4srIYabIv7LfrowiwARw==&amp;ch=uMVHwIq0s5Uvn5Gs0DLINRUfiWNjcICU1RW1R7k3YyH1LQKWW85uBw==\">list of the rulings being revoked<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The COCC notice references changes to the way retailers source their sales when doing business in Colorado under the recently passed  <a href=\"http:\/\/leg.colorado.gov\/bills\/hb19-1240\">HB 19-1240<\/a>.
