Monument sales taxes is reportable in the <a href=\"https:\/\/monumentco.munirevs.com\/log-in\/?elqTrackId=511ffcd5bbd6454282f63946b8fd8188&amp;elq=b31c7e5f3015479c823d698ca7479aef&amp;elqaid=1755&amp;elqat=1&amp;elqCampaignId=696&amp;elqak=8AF540B50C987B5CE4318ED9B5E791E9223AB8C5D5450FA60D535E3EA4E5D0BA31B1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Monument Portal<\/a>&nbsp; separately from the Colorado Department of Revenue returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registered businesses should have received a letter from Monument in February 2025 notifying them of a new 6-digit account number and a 6-digit activation code. Taxpayers with a filing obligation in Monument are required to create a new account on the <a href=\"https:\/\/monumentco.munirevs.com\/log-in\/?elqTrackId=511ffcd5bbd6454282f63946b8fd8188&amp;elq=b31c7e5f3015479c823d698ca7479aef&amp;elqaid=1755&amp;elqat=1&amp;elqCampaignId=696&amp;elqak=8AF540B50C987B5CE4318ED9B5E791E9223AB8C5D5450FA60D535E3EA4E5D0BA31B1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Monument Portal<\/a>&nbsp;using the associated account number and code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Take Action<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are using automation software, make sure MONUMENT is added to the places where you collect tax. Also, watch for an email and\/or snail mail for a Registration Letter tailored to your business with a 6-digit Monument Account Number&nbsp;(or GovOS account number) and a 6-digit Activation Code.
