As a member of our Federal team, Ben brings over 12 years of public and private experience in partnership and corporate tax matters to clients at TaxOps. He manages the delivery of tax consulting services to a wide range of clients, focusing on flow-through entities, corporations, transaction planning, and income tax reporting under ASC 740.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because business doesn\u2019t stand still, Ben provides strategic tax consulting services to clients at all stages of the business life cycle, from start-up to liquidation. He assists with the analysis of taxable and non-taxable acquisitions, restructuring, monetizing events, and interpreting tax sections in partnership operating agreements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ben started his career at PwC, where he worked with multinational public and private corporations. Before joining TaxOps, he served as a senior tax manager at a regional CPA firm, overseeing\u00a0 federal, state, and international income tax compliance services for partnerships, corporations, and individual taxpayers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ben is a licensed CPA in Colorado.
